We collect the data you voluntarily provide via the subscription form: full name and email address. We may also process technical data about the use of the website (IP address, browser type, language) via cookies, in line with the Cookie Policy.

We process personal data in order to send updates about real estate crowdfunding projects, to improve user experience and to fulfil legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller.

We retain data until you withdraw your consent, or for a maximum of 5 years from your last interaction, after which the data is deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can exercise these rights by written request to privacy@kryventaq.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with authorised processors (email service providers, hosting) only in order to fulfil the above purposes, subject to contractual data protection obligations.
